Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer Content Creator will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with WordPress. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio showcasing their ability to create high-quality graphics and content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, infographics, and multimedia content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and content adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns and collaborate with other departments to support their design needs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably within a marketing team or agency setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and WordPress. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print media.
  • Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.
