Note: This position is fully remote. However, in case of needing any technical support you may be required to visit one of our offices located in Atlanta, Toronto, New York City, or Roseland, NJ.
Contract duration: 6 months
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and refining user experiences for our internal utility products, particularly focusing on our Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. You will collaborate closely with solutions architects and product owners to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and compliant. You will be contributing to meaningful work that impacts our organization and clients directly.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and refining user experiences for our internal utility products, particularly focusing on our Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. You will collaborate closely with solutions architects and product owners to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and compliant. You will be contributing to meaningful work that impacts our organization and clients directly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, solutions architects, and product owners, to define and illustrate user flows using tools like Miro and Figma.
- Design and develop user interface components, ensuring they meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Create user flows at the feature level and translate insights into sketches, wireframes, and clickable prototypes when needed.
- Work on configuring Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance usability for internal support teams and customer-facing products, leveraging your understanding of out-of-the-box limitations and configurations.
- Partner with solutions architects to solve complex problems and translate them into usable components within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Facilitate ideation and flow analysis using Miro boards.
- Troubleshoot and refine existing HCM solutions to improve the user experience for support representatives.
- Maintain a focus on compliance and user-friendliness throughout the design process.
- 5+ years of User Experience design experience in a corporate or agency context.
- Proven experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and a deep understanding of its out-of-the-box limitations and configurations.
- Ability to take a roadmap feature from ideation to future state, effectively storytelling and creating user stories.
- Strong core interaction design skills and knowledge of human-centered design methodologies.
- Expert-level knowledge of user interface design guidelines and standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various parts of projects as needed.
- Figma wireframes and prototypes to support development guidance and research needs.
- Miro boards to illustrate user flows, solution design, and ideations.
- An online portfolio of UX design work that highlights your process and outcomes.
