A wellness company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead Organic, Paid, Creative, and Brand strategies.
This senior role calls for a hands-on marketer with proven expertise in driving measurable growth for premium consumer brands. Your mission: significantly boost membership and grow the brand!
The Marketing team has 4 pillars:
Organic - How to be in the conversation (social media, PR, community, influencers)
Paid - How to acquire at scale and profitably (paid social, podcasts, influencers and affiliates)
Creative - How do we talk to our customers including LP design and lifecycle marketing
Brand partnerships - Annual planning with our brand partners, spend-back on marketing packages and distribution deals

Grow top line members significantly and make a buzz. Own 2 out of the 4 pillars and hire/partner for the rest.

- Develop our Organic and earned media strategy:

- Grow organic to over 60% (currently 40% of monthly new members are unattributed organic).
- Followers from 20k to 100k
- Community from 2k to 10k
- Earned coverage in 5 relevant publications
- Keep CAC under $80 and net CAC payback under 6 months

- Diversify from Meta into 2 new channels, including Podcasts
- Robust attribution and data platform in place to measure ROAS and Cohort analysis
- Develop our offline strategy: billboards, subways, IRL events
- Scale an affiliate program from 5 to 50 partners

- Identify and sign up 2 additional Brand Ambassadors and 6-8 medium creators.
