Position: Freelance ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery Specialist

Location: Remote (India)

Engagement: 30-40 hours per week (Flexible, but must be available for key meetings in IST)

Duration: Ongoing / 3 month to start with

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery Specialist to support and enhance our workplace solutions. This role will focus on optimizing workplace management, streamlining workflows, and ensuring seamless service delivery using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Workplace Service Delivery, and related modules, along with a strong understanding of business process automation.

This is a fully remote position; however, the candidate must be available for key meetings and collaboration during Indian Standard Time (IST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery solutions.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of ServiceNow Workplace Management, including space planning, reservations, visitor management, and workplace experience services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Work with development teams to design workflows, integrations, and automation within ServiceNow.
  • Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow-related issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards, reports, and analytics for workplace management.
  • Ensure best practices for ServiceNow implementation, security, and governance.
  • Train end-users and create documentation for ongoing support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, ITSM, or related modules.
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Workplace Reservation Management, Space Management, Visitor Management, or Workplace Case Management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, API) with third-party applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents and service requests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (Workplace Service Delivery) or similar certification.
  • Prior experience in agile environments and familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Experience working in a global, remote, or freelance setup.
