About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Frontend Widget UX to own and optimize the end-to-end widget experience.

This role will be laser-focused on reducing the time users spend from the exchange screen to order completion, creating a faster, smoother, and more intuitive journey. The PM will drive conversion rate improvements by leading initiatives across UI, UX, and modular frontend design, while ensuring user satisfaction and partner integration ease.

You will collaborate with design, front-end engineering, operations, and customer support teams to remove friction points, deliver modern, intuitive interfaces, and ensure users find clarity in the product without needing to contact support. Where support is required, you’ll work on automations (including AI-driven solutions) to ensure quick resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the widget conversion funnel: Identify drop-off points, diagnose blockers, and drive projects that directly improve the conversion rate. Define, track, and own critical widget KPIs (conversion rate, drop-offs, completion time). Set up monitoring & alerting systems; act quickly when metrics deviate.

  • Lead UX/UI initiatives: Implement features like auto-selectors, pre-filled fields, adaptive flows, and streamlined checkout to reduce user effort and improve efficiency.

  • Micro-frontend ownership: Drive modularization of widget flows (e.g., payment, KYC, exchange) into reusable components for faster iteration and scalability.

  • Voice of the customer: Collect, analyze, and act on feedback from users and partners. Work with operations and support teams to ensure customer pain points are addressed at the product level.

  • Customer support reduction: Ensure users find clarity in the product itself. Where support is needed, implement AI-driven automations and workflows to reduce resolution times.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers to ensure our widget has world-class UX, balancing usability with compliance requirements.

  • Growth accountability: Monitor widget analytics to capture growth opportunities directly from the product.

  • Conversion optimization: Leverage A/B testing, data-driven decision making, and UX best practices to drive measurable improvements.

  • Trend adoption: Stay ahead of B2C UX and design trends, ensuring our widget feels intuitive, modern, and competitive across platforms.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate KPI performance, incidents, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on frontend UX/UI or conversion optimization in B2C products.

  • Proven track record of improving conversion funnels and reducing drop-offs in high-volume consumer products.

  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies, micro-frontends, and modular UI architectures (experience with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks is a plus).

  • Experience with customer research, voice of customer programs, and usability testing.

  • Data-driven mindset; strong in analytics, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UX metrics.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven automations for support, workflows, or personalization.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, able to work across design, engineering, operations, and customer success teams.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.

  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or Web3 is a strong advantage.
